FULL MENU FOR THE EVENING - inspired by the flavorful flare of New Orleans cuisine and the famous Jazz Festival.
Each fan will dine with 3 small plates and desert.
Crawfish Monica
A jazzfest favorite, it is often the first stop for fans when they enter the festival fairgrounds in New Orleans
Pasta with crawfish or lobster with a creamy creole sauce
Jambalaya Skewers
(3) Shrimp/Chicken/Sausage skewers with a Jambalaya sauce with a side of New Orleans style Greens
**Vegetarian option can be provided
Red Beans & Rice Risotto
with cornmeal crusted catfish with a honey citrus lime sauce
New Orleans style dessert
**meat and veggies will be locally sourced
Doors and seating:: 7pm
Open (cash) bar with beer and wine 7pm-9:30pm
Food to be served throughout the show starting at 7:30pm
Jazz Music 8pm-9:30pm (includes a small break)

In an effort to follow all COVID guidelines and regulations please be sure to read all the details included.
We will be offering tickets sold by table.
To accommodate the limit of 50 capacity and to ensure that fans are sitting at a table with people they know and are comfortable with during this time.
All CDC guidelines will be enforced including wearing masks at all times except when seated.
**We will be using all compostable products and will be practicing our Borderland sustainability efforts to have as low impact and waste as possible.
**A portion of the proceeds will go to organizations fighting racial intolerance and social justice. As well as donations will be accepted for the Historic Colored Musicians Club.
