Box Office and Gates will open at 11AM on Saturday, September 22nd and Sunday, September 23rd.

Believe it or not, we don’t ship tickets. All Borderland Festival tickets will be print-at-home or scannable on your phone. Bring your printed ticket or e-ticket to the Borderland Box Office to receive a festival wristband. All wristbands must be secured by Borderland Box Office Staff.

The music ends at 9PM each day. Although we would love to have you hang out all night, we will be clearing the grounds shortly after the music ends.

Due to New York State regulations we cannot allow onsite camping. (Bummer, we know.) However, there are plenty of nearby parks camp at!

Check out Sprague Brook (15 minutes from the venue)

Weather is weather! The festival goes on rain or shine! We will provide consistent weather updates and prepare all our fans and artists in advance.

Yes, there will be parking at the Polo Fields (on Knox Road) right next to festival entrance. We will have overflow parking nearby, but we encourage carpooling and ridesharing apps! It’s better for the environment, you get more time to hang with your friends, and everyone saves a few bucks. It’s a win-win-win!

A shuttle will not be necessary for most parking. If you have to park at the overflow lot, yes a FREE shuttle will be provided to and from the festival.

There will also be shuttles from various downtown Buffalo locations around the city. Stay tuned for more information on where to catch your shuttle!

We will have a designated area for rideshare pickups and dropoffs. This is the Borderland way! It’s safe and inexpensive.

Small backpacks are allowed but will be checked at security each time you enter the gates.

We will have a small DESIGNATED area for onsite smoking at the festival. We really encourage smokers to stay in the designated area. We are on beautiful, pristine property and we respect Mother Nature. Plus, we want to be respectful of non-smokers’ air. Every butt that ends up on the ground needs to be picked up by someone, so be sure to dispose of them in the provided receptacles. This goes for electronic cigarettes as well!

Believe it or not, marijuana is not legal in New York State, therefore NO marijuana smoking is not allowed onsite. Anyone caught smoking marijuana on the Park or Festival grounds will be asked to leave. This is a community and family-friendly festival so please be respectful of the law.

No outside alcohol will be allowed in the venue. There’s plenty of alcohol for purchase inside the festival though. We will have security checking IDs and all fans who wish to consume alcohol will be provided a 21+ wristband each day. We will have custom branded Borderland Festival stainless steel mugs available for purchase at merch tents. Each beverage purchased in the sustainable mug gets a discounted price. We will also be providing free, non-alcoholic beverages for noble designated drivers.

FREE water will be provided throughout the weekend so plan to bring a vessel to fill up and stay hydrated! We will also have Borderland water bottles for sale at the merch tent. To stay consistent with our Green Team efforts and our sustainability messaging, the festival is discouraging any plastic water bottles onsite.

Yes. Oh, heck yes! We will have a variety of food vendors onsite both days. Come hungry, as we will be offering some of the best of the region’s culinary fare.

We do allow small snack bags or snacks that fit in your pocket. What we don’t allow are coolers or picnic baskets. We will have plenty of amazing food options to choose from. Trust us, you won’t go hungry.

Of course! We hope you stay all day and evening, but if you have to leave for any reason, you will be allowed re-entry with a valid Borderland wristband.

Yes, we will be selling single day festival tickets. Single day tickets will go on sale pending availability so stay tuned! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first in the know.

We will not be providing lockers or storage onsite so plan ahead with what you plan on bringing into the festival. You’ll be responsible for it throughout the day.

We will have ATM machines available onsite so you can get that cash money! But fear not, you don’t NEED cash. All vendors accept credit cards.

Family-friendly, fun-friendly, friend-friendly! Children 10 years and under are FREE to enter with a parent or guardian. We will have an active Kids Zone with arts, crafts, music and hoopla all weekend.

Will there?! We will be featuring artisans and vendors from all over the Western New York region. We will have more than 20 vendors set up in the Historic Knox Park Stables as well as craftspeople and exhibitions throughout the site.

A portion of Borderland ticket sales will be donated to Knox Farm State Park to continue to support and revitalize the Park. We are also directly supporting three local charities: The Boys and Girls Club of East Aurora, Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper and Friends of Knox Farm. We will be partnering on river cleanups, park restoration, volunteer programs and community-driven efforts throughout the summer.
